I'm an engineering leader who never stopped designing systems, and an architect who learned to run the room. I bring the same habits to both jobs: clear thinking, decisions backed by evidence, and a steady pace.
Previously, Associate Director at Galliard Capital, Solution Architect at Wells Fargo, and co-founder and Technical Director at Skyline. 23 years across .NET, Java, TypeScript, cloud-native platforms, distributed data, and applied AI.

Leadership
Outcomes over output. Every team I run has a one-line goal everyone can recite. I've scaled orgs, grown leaders, and shipped on time, quarter after quarter.
Architecture
DDD boundaries, contract-first APIs, event-driven cores. Architectures live for a decade; the bet is on the seams. I'm still in the codebase.
AI
Applied AI and agentic systems in production, with the guardrails, evals, and policy to match. Since 2023, bringing AI into regulated workflows, where being trustworthy matters more than being clever.
Modernization
I've led modernizations on Azure, GCP, and Cloud Foundry. I pick the smallest cut that pays for itself, ship it, and build from there.
